Päiväkirja - Debbie Cousins, 01 heinä 21

Weight down 2/10 of a pound this morning (from 203.0 to 202.8). I'm pleased about that. Also pleased that my digestive tract has started working! Hooray - I'm "regular again, LOL. Wanted vegetables again for breakfast, so that's what I had - Collard Greens, Green Beans and 1/2 of a Tyson Chicken Tender with some BoJangles Honey Mustard. I was able to sleep in this morning without having to take the other half of my Ambien, PTL.

Only got in six cups of water again yesterday, because having the kids here made me crave Diet Coke. I shouldn't have any real stressors today, so no excuses! Shooting for at least 10, and will reach for 12 cups. One down, 11 to go. (stops and drinks another half cup of water) - Okay, 1-1/2 down, 10-1/2 to go!

I haven't planned today as well as I planned the past couple of days. I need to do that NOW, before I get off track: For lunch, I have two smaller portions of 7-Layer Salad left to finish the container. I will probably eat both of those around 10:30. Then, around noon (for today's "snack/dessert"), I will get in some protein and half of my day's Fiber requirement by having an Atkins Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar (16g Protein, 12g Dietary Fiber!)

Dinner is still up in the air. It will probably either be Garlic Parmesan Flounder or Filet Mignon (both of which I have on hand). Since I'm having so much smaller portions of things, there isn't room on the plate to have any vegetables with the meat. So, to balance out the meal, I'll wait a couple of hours and then probably finish off those green beans and collard greens as my last 1/2 meal of the day.

Yeah, I think that works. Two waters down now - 10 to go.

Even a quarter pound is progress! Don’t need to tell you that water is the key to keeping everything moving.

Woo Hoo!!! That scale moving down instead of up after such along fast is incredible!!! You are doing fabulous and have a great plan in place!! You have me craving 7 layer salad... haven't had it I a few years, but think it might make an appearance for the 4th😉
