9st 12lb - 3 on both at WW and home :-( So two losses in a row was not to be. 3lb is the average gain with the Mirena, so now to see if I can both halt and reduce this. Not working hasn't helped with my routines, but sloth and greed are more to account for the failure if I'm honest!
