Little uptick from yesterday, but doesn't mean much. Had I weighed myself 20 minutes later it would have been noticeably lighter. Just sayin' ;D

Weird eating day yesterday with relatives visiting, and a late drop-in on some friends, who peer pressured me into having not one but two vodka drinks. The horror! At least I bargained it down from mixed with sweet tea to mixed with crystal light.

The BodyMedia Fit seems to be recording lower numbers now for a lot of activities, and I think that may be due to wearing it more correctly. Until Friday night, I'd been wearing it not quite all the way on the back of my arm, and more to the side. Now that it's firmly in the back, things are looking more accurate - I did a lot of driving yesterday, for example, and that was being recorded as essentially sedentary, instead of light activity as it had been. This is encouraging....it will be interesting to see if just rotating the monitor a little makes it indisputably accurate. Yesterday's number of 3270 still seems a little on the high side, but...given that I went out walking with a little jogging thrown in, stayed on my feet a lot, and had 75 minutes of P90X, it's plausible.
