I finally broke through the plateau. I wanted to stop my exercising but decided to hang in there. I guess my body finally adjusted. I like challenges but only like to weigh once a week. The dates sometimes don't line up with my weigh in days. Not sure if I should just go on and use that weight and log in even though it might be too early to weigh in or just wait and report the weight when the challenge day ends. I don't like to see a lot of days especially wit the same numbers. It looks like I am not progressing but I know that I am. Any way that is a small thing. I lost a good deal this week and I feel that I'm back on track!
