Finally I'm down - honestly with everything I've been thru this last week I thought for sure the best I would see was the same. Finally to see myself in the 130's again, well I actually did more than a happy dance. This week of has certainly shown me a lot about me and my body and while I still learn and discover I am glad I am moving in the right direction (health first weight loss makes me happy)
