Making the 10,000 mark has been difficult, but I'm okay with the number of steps I got this week. What I'm most worried about is how discouraged I am about staying within my RDI. It's so much easier to satisfy the cravings. Honestly, I haven't been logging my food because I feel so damned guilty. I know for a fact that I'm still eating much better than how I used to eat, but I just don't want to see that blinding red that tells me I went over my limit. To top it off, I finally bought a scale and it's telling me that I'm heavier (by a pound and a bit) than I anticipated. This isn't the heaviest I have ever been, but I'm so scared because it's so easy to creep up there and over that number.
I did go to the Dog Beach today with some coworkers. It was so much fun playing with the doggies!
