don't be too hard on yourself my dad passed away in March and I literally just stopped eating crap 3stone back on in 6 months

sorry to hear this, I am 32 and I have lost both parents, its an unbearable pain but it does get easier x always here if you need someone to talk too there is alotnof supportive people here if you ever want a rant or cry

I comfort eat and drink through stress.my .mum has dementia age 95. I've still got her. So I feel your pain. Keep strong go back to losing the weight in your own time when you feel up to it. Take care x

Hi Jothegeek, just read that your Mother died? My mother died young and I 100% understand what it's like not to be with one of the most important people in your life. Be strong if you need someone to talk to I'm always here. Your Mother would want you to be happy and forfill your life to the full and your dreams.
