Hey buddies,
Weight in is not bad, considering I have little control of what I am eating (since I am staying at my partner's parents house).
Just a short journal then.
Weather is good, we spent quite some time in the garden, just talking and having coffee & cake (the other ones... I had crackers and guacamole).
Today we are driving home, I have some work to do...even if I am tempted by visiting some good friends of mine who are having a bbq in their garden today. I have to choose whether to stay in the office this afternoon or have a cup of coffee with them...
This working week is going to be tough. I also have to go to Frankfurt (Germany's core of business city) one of these days, for a work meeting. I have mixed feelings towards my job at the moment. There's a colleague who is bugging me most of the time, and found out I can have some counsellig/coaching to learn how to deal with it and be less stresssed about it.
Springtime is amazing! Lots of flowers on trees :) it makes me feel happier :)
