Yesterday I did very well with my diet and I worked out. Now if I could just do that everyday.... I have such a hard time sticking to a diet. I live with my family and they all love food, my little brother is like a calorie consuming machine. He's 6'4 about 155 lbs. he's pretty skinny, and he eats all the time and never gets full. So my house is always stocked full of food. Some of it not so good, and sometimes it can be tempting. I need to resist the temptations and think of my end results! Ughhh. It's only 22 pounds now. I could lose that in a few months. A few months! I've been fighting with this for years! I need to stay determined.

I'm thinking about starting that "Nothing to eat after 7 pm" challenge a few days early.

You can eat what you want, or you can weigh what you want! It's hard when there is other people's food in the house, but temptations always going to be there. Write down the reasons you want to lose and put it where you can see it. Go to PInterest.com and type in "fitness motivation". They show pics, quotes, recipes, etc. It always gets my butt moving. If you can cook, offer to make some meals, or just focus on yourself. Get a food scale, measuring cups and spoons to use for portion control. It's great to get it under control before the 22 pounds turns to much more. Good luck!

Thanks. "You can eat what you want, or you can weigh what you want" That's a good one to remember. I have quite a few fitness motivation people I'm following on pinterest lol. And it does help. There are a few people in my house who are trying to lose weight too and often I make dinner for everyone and when I do they are always light and healthy meals. I've recently noticed just the past few days that I think my biggest problem is I get in this weird mindset where I think to just enjoy things in life, like an ice cream cone or cookie when other people are enjoying them. Sweets are my weakness. And I know sugar turns straight to fat. I need to get away from that mindset cause it isn't getting me anywhere with my weight/fitness. I have been stuck at this weight for over a year. I just need to stay motivated! Which is one of the reasons I am at this website :o)
