I met my original goal of 204 today but decided I still needed to cut. So my new goal is 190. Trying to get my bf at 15% and then I'll maintain for a month or so then maybe a small bulk. Thanks for the comment!

It's even tougher now than I'm over 40! I lifted a good bit in my teenage years and had quick gains but now it's like a snail's pace! Lol
