Started weight was 236 . Took a year and some change While taking my time and slowing cutting things out of my diet . I hit 200 this month . My overall 1st big goal is 190 .
It took me awhile to get here because I wasn’t taking it to serious I would eat pretty clean 4 days out of the week and go crazy eating Friday -Sunday .
But now that I’m almost under 200 and close to my first goal and been receiving a lot of compliments I want to take things more serious .
