Ate 1.5 slices of bread yesterday (made a sandwich for supper)...so...whoops! Haven't walked an extra for a few days, but I need to get back into it. There is one more week left on the challenge but I am still over my goal. I forgot to wear my fitbit today, so I'll miss the workplace steps I normally get.
