Going to take awhile to undo all the brownies' effect from first part of this month! ;-) Made beer bread again today and used some all purpose flour along with whole wheat, barley and flaxseed but it still turned out a half-height loaf! Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Strawberry muffins turned out ok but I got 20 instead of 12 from the batter so something wrong there too. Oh well, they are edible and healthy. :-)
