Funny on how my weight goes back and forth.. yesterdy I was at 332 lbs, gained like .6 lbs.. today I am at 331.2 a loss from yesterday of .8 lbs

I totally agree with you on this! 182 and I were on fighting terms! I just drank more water and it seemed to help me, though that's just a guess ;) Good luck!!!

I started at 373.4 on April 3rd of this year.. I am pretty pleased so far.. Really not feeling like I am starving my body either..just not eating a lot of crap.. you know? Better choices.. Yes my daily intake of calories has gone down...A LOT.. but I am full (most of the time)...

Day to day weight is just plain weird. You're doing great, just keep it up.

I hear ya . Mine is fluctuating between 207 and 206 I am eating better and doing some exercising and walking ... I JUST DON'T GET IT

I started April 9th at 198 and agree with you! I just decided I needed to look at what I was doing. Everyday, my routine was 2 cups of coffee and whatever we had for dinner. I had to start actually eating and when I did I was starving all the time! So funny how that works! Then I looked at what was low calorie and kept me fuller longer and staying focused on that and I'm making good choices. Still a long way to go but so far I am happy, I am enjoying different foods and I endulge here and there. Mostly endulging on lower cal option of the same old comforts I used to enjoy. You are doing amazing!!

I still can't figure out why it says I am gaining 1.4lbs on my FS. Looking at all my weight history on here, all, I've never logged less than 179.2 lol.
