Applying new macro targets for protien and fluids at 112 g protein and 0.5 oz fluids for hydration. The body needs to move alot more than I have been moving. Although, walking a total of 3 miles a day keeps the dogs happy, this is not enough activity to fix the pelvic tilt from sitting for years, both in my jobs and with meditation. So I have incorporated some yogic breathing, fire breath, spine rolls, and pressure points while bending to get the energy flowing in the body. I do some light cardio with jumping jacks and running in place, nothing hysterical. The butt and abs need the most work - muscle building so the hips and posture remain upright. The body wants to rest today, so I napped after the 2 mile morning walk. When I did keto, the weight came off, but I did fall from the top bunk bed at a meditation training, I attribute the event to low potassium. I also track my potassium. Overall, the body feels pretty good, just resting after restarting exercise ~ whooped my ass.

I'm thinking, no matter the workout day, if I can at least walk a good distance daily, I'll keep the fat away. Back off, fat!

Right! I hear you on that one, walking. I upped my milage and the body is resisting. LOL, it forgot how to move everyday. Although I don't sit on the couch and watch TV all day. I meditate about 3 hours, and now studying for an exam. After not working for 2 years, the pandemic and all that, I guess had taken it toll and atrophy. My muscles are waking up, and thank God for naps!
