Still very sedentary due to work mostly, and limited amounts of pain. Eating in smaller bowls helps. Warm water in the morning to flush out the system, a light meal and lunch, followed by veggies and meat in the evening. Tea is a must, but limited to one indulgent cup with sugar before bed.
