So maybe yesterday was just one of those days, because I'm right back to 131 today. It's still not where I want to be. Not even close. But at least I don't feel like all my calorie counting and working out hasn't been an exercise in futility.
In other news, my arms are starting to feel defined. They've never been anything but soft and I can't stop touching them, lol!
