You don't have any food logged. Without that nobody can help you with suggested tweeks. Measure all of your food. Even a bite. What I thought looked like 2 T of peanut butter was 3.5 once weighed. Package of hamburger buns said 150 calories but once I weighed it it was actually 168 calories. Watch out for hidden & empty calories (alcohol, sodas, sports drinks, juices) and too much sodium. Keep going. You can do this!
