got an event coming up in 4 weeks. would like to get down to 185 but I'll be happy with whatever just as long as I'm healthy happy n feeling good about myself. I've been overweight for 3 years now and my frame cannot handle this weight. my bones n joints can feel the excess. but I'm going to take this journey at a pace that feels natural to me .
