The changes that I made this month were to not have any processed foods, including breakfast box cereal. My breakfast has been predominantly Steel Cut oats or an egg concoction. Only had 3 chocolate treats and don't crave or miss the chocolate because my homemade protein bars are full of chocolate with calories at 1300-1500 daily intake. Nutrition balance so far this month is 30.8/28.9/40.2 for fat/prot/carb with lots of chicken, fish, fruits and veggies.
