I can relate, I had a couple of slow weeks, one where I gained weight and the other where I lost only 0.2lbs. Just keep focused on the long term goal. I got one of those Fit Bit step trackers and maintain 5000 steps a day. I also started riding my exercise bike, very short distances to start. Like calorie counting, tracking the steps and minutes on the bike helps keep me motivated. Good luck this week :-)

Thanks for the support Allagent. I was walking 4 miles a day for at least 5 days a week but I started taking care of a sick family member and haven't made time to get back to walking. I am going to get back out there on the trail this week.
