I have a trip to Puerto Rico coming up in October and I am at my heaviest again...haven't been posting or being accountable at all..so I've just been eating whatever whenever. I would love to be able to lose at least 10lbs in a month. Do y'all think its possible?

Because of medical issues, my MD has me on a goal of 4 pds a month. I have seen several lose 10 pds a month with diet and exercise.
