Steady Saturday. Really thought I'd see a loss but perhaps I'm greedy! Another stellar day of ATF. Enjoyed myself a baked sweet potato for dinner! Not a Yam. A sweet potato. Yummy!!
Just removed Blues bandages. It looks bumpy and lumpy but better than before the surgery. Seems the wounds have healed so I am experimenting by just putting a sock over it so he won't lick it. Oh he is very excited about licking his leg and takes every opportunity he can to do so.
I started knitting last night. Mom said several rows on an afghan project a number of years ago then stopped. She says she doesn't intend to ever do it so gave it to me. I'm hoping it is good for me to knit. Better than playing candy crush (though I haven't played that in months!) or what ever other mindless game I find myself hooked on. Plus busy hands have a harder time snacking, right? That's my theory!
No big plans for this weekend. DH works tonight. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday are his days/nights off. Of course I work a Monday thru Friday sort of job. Fortunately I do have some flexibility so hopefully I can arrange an occasional Monday off.
The aroma of the coffee is calling me!! Have a great day. I'm still working on being kind to myself and staying in the moment. Thanks for all your support. I forget how much it helps when I'm absent. Take care!
