Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!
Well, up a tad. I know why …. Ate two slices of pizza. But, enjoyed it. 🤷🏼♀️ My app for the scale says, my weight has increased without impacting my fat mass. Need to watch what I eat today!
Busy this week between doctor’s appointments and getting ready for Family Cookie Day at our house on Sunday. This is the first time we’ve done this since Covid. Everyone is so looking forward to it. We make and decorate cookies but it’s the joy of being together that’s fun.
