Given that it was Christmas and New Year's, gaining .5 lbs is pretty good because I was BAD!
So... Back to it! I'm experimenting with intermittent fasting now, and trying to cut out all alcohol. I've cut way back in the last month, but haven't cut it out. That's the plan for the next month or two. I'm going to miss my beer in the hot tub on a cold winter's night. :(
