Rolling along... I'm still intermittent fasting and eating from 11am to 3-4pm. No booze, just a delicious non-alcoholic IPA now and then. Last week I had a visitor for a few days, so I changed my eating window to 11am to 7pm. That's still 16 hours of fasting.
Weather remains very Pacific Northwest/SW BC - snow, cold, rain, warm, etc. Not exercising much, but that will change. I hope.
