HORRIBLE! I have totally fallen off the wagon! It's incredible how quickly a bit here, a bit there, turns into a dinner, a snack, another snack... OMG and then 10 lbs!!!!!!!!
It's a good reminder for constant discipline. I got this. Operation, lose 10 lbs fast is a go. I'm hoping that it's all water!

Hi Jena, me too, fell off the wagon before Christmas and still can't get it together yet and the pounds and inches have piled back on, you get to it girl and inspire us all!!!

Don't worry about what's done and over with, can't go back and change it, best we can do is learn from it. But today is a new day, it's a great one for a new start. One day at a time, you can do this.
