Am completely baffled. I had maybe 6 cups of various juices last night (because of course I had to try them ALL) and haven't worked out because of this dratted weather all week. There is more snow coming down now. I am tired of digging my car out and I want to run dammit. My treadmill broke and I spent all my money on the juicer and 5 pounds of almonds. My hormones are twacked and I am on another course of prednisone. So how in hell did I lose weight without trying.
