I went hard this week. Nearly 40 minutes of cardio a day added this week and taking today off to rest. Felt like my back was against the wall. 9 week’s remaining from yesterday to lose as much as I can. Making an effort to drink as much water and sweat as much as I can now.
I think the unfortunate realization is 2500 kcal is probably at or just below my maintenance level without the added cardio.
