My trainer estimates a loss of 1-2 lbs a week. I think I will be happy with that. I did let it slip that I want to be able to run a marathon one day, so that's one of the goals she has me down for. Pretty excited to be working out with an instructor and a purpose, but I'm nervous about the fact that work starts again next weekend, along with full-time school. I hope I'm prepared for that. It's a little scary, but I really like the person I become when I'm working out.
