It is a bitter-sweet day. I think it would be at least 15 years since I was less than 98 kgs. However, my husband is needing to lose weight more than me. He gained slightly, overnight. No reason, however, we will be very strict today, as we try to get him in the best shape for an upcoming possible operation.
