Keep popcorn (non-butter kind) handy. Nearly zero calories for a HUGE bowl.
Spice up your popcorn with non-fat sauces: salsa, peri-peri, Worcestershire, good old Maggi hot and sweet! It’s different!
Add some sweet-potato or, even potato. Boiled eggs to the popcorn!
There, you have it. A filling snack without the huge calories!

fruits, popcorn, lots of water and salad...those are my vice for keeping my full. I don't take these as extra meals or snacks but just add them to my regular meal. then I keep myself busy with studies and I don't even remember about food that way.

Most of the times, hunger is a form of ‘our body asking for water’. So, once you have had your glass full of water it should be gone. Otherwise, don’t kill it, just have a fruit or some nuts. They come in handy

I usually fill drink water, sometimes lemonade without sugar. And I distract myself when I feel the pangs, often hunger pangs coincide with my sports practice so I focus on playing and not on my stomach so it helps and in about 20 mins it is all gone.
