3 years ago I gave up on myself. i got depressed and over ate once my father was diagnosed with Dementia. But now it is time to continue to ride this goal out until I reach my ideal weight. every week I drop a little. i remember this is a marathon not a sprint. We can all do this once our vision and goals are clear. i mark a calendar every day I work out which holds me accountable and I look forward to putting an X next to each day I do it. so far 7 out of every 10 days. 170 or bust! i love you all. this is an amazing support group.
