Warm lemon water at night drink it like a tea a big cup and 3 Tablespoons of lemon juice from a squeeze bottle . The scale was not moving but have been doing this every night for a week and lost 3 pounds...Happy dance...Thought I would share maybe someone else needs a scale bump like I did
