Annual doctor appointment yesterday, doctor scale showed me 4 lbs more than I am now but that was in the late afternoon after a bunch of food so it’s showing up as overweight which I am probably still at this weight. Got my first shingles vaccine too, second dose in 2 to 3 months. Everything else is fine, won’t do lab work for a while because my numbers last time were good. Have to also schedule a dreaded mammogram in a couple months too. I do feel better with my weight, way of eating and incorporating yoga. Just gotta keep going and see if I can lose more.
