Despite a trip to the Chipshop and a visit to the cinema (Ben & Jerry's - Mmmm), I've managed to lose weight. I must admit, however, that apart from these two relatively minor slip ups, I have been following my plan extremely carefully, as well as upping my excercise. Here's hoping the weightloss continues!
