I really don't notice a difference in weight but I am fitting in a size 32 pants now. I tried them on because I was curious. they are a little tight yet, but defintely looser than they were a week ago. I stay on my grind because all of you doing the same inspire me. When that voice creeps in telling me to hit the gym tomorrow, that's when I immediately go in to the gym to shut that voice off. no excuses, just discipline. Have an amazing day everyone!
