I.. dont even know how. I'll add in the compulsory "if you said i'd lose this much in a week" part also. I've done 0 extra exercise (i know that's not something I should be proud of) to lose the weight. I've just watched what I eat, and boy do I feel different. I see good differently and I'm feeling a bit more perkier in myself. :D
