Weight has stayed the same both that’s ok , as a family we are all over the place atm still await a date for funeral . My other nephew is doing great tho improving every day . Have lots of celebrations coming up so hope I don’t gain . Took the grandson out for day yesterday as weather was so nice and treated us to Joes ice cream . Anybody who lives in Swansea or knows Joes ice cream parlour will know it’s the best ice cream in world I just could not resist . It was very busy so I guess everybody felt the same !☺️Hope you are all well and the weather is good where ever you are . For everyone who has lost weight Well done for those of us who haven’t gained still a win in my book ! For anyone who has gained weight can still nail this . Have a great week everyone can’t believe we are half way through the year it’s June already xx
