Went off the Atkins Wagon for a small bit (and not excessively, however did enjoy some of my daughter's birthday cake and a few other goodies for about 4-5 days (small amounts). Didn't seem to affect me much except that I kept putting off trying to stay Atkins "pure". Oh well! Unfortunately slowed down my weight loss, but I'll get back there.
