😮💨 I am feeling not in myself right now. For 2 months, I suffered with real bad bronchitis and sinusitis. I eat, but I didn't exercise. But, I will get up from my knees ( I do feel defeated by weight gain ) , and I will continue to lose weight.

YnCKk,thank you for making me believe in myself. Sometimes when my weight goes up and down I do feel hopeless. And it is really very nice to hear from people words of encouragement. 😃 This time with my illness I gained around 5 kg !!!! But now with each day I am getting a little stronger, so I can do something about my eating habits and add some exercises, too. 🙂

Indeed, sometimes there are some challenges in our life's, but with the right support of the friends and family we always feel encouraged to keep going. Thank you so much for your encouragement and support, too. 😀 Interesting, but...I returned to this lovely community 😊 a couple days ago and last 2 days I lost 800gr. Can you see: this is called A POWER of SUPPORT 😄
