Trending to where I was before, just looking and hoping it goes lower because of the mindful changes I am making. Power yoga class this morning and then some relaxing before another week of work begins. Last week before school starts. My son has been saying “I’m cooked” because school is almost here again, he is a middle schooler so I am getting up to date with the lingo/slang 😂

Your sons cooked! 😂😂😂 I remember when my kids were both in grade school, we were not allowed to say the word school during summer break. All we could say was sch…fun memories. Hope all your kids do great this year. Time flies… soon you will both be like me and you will have one just finishing their masters and one graduated from uni with one degree and going on for a second. I truly don’t know how I reached this point so fast. Adulting adults is very different believe me.
