Wow, I was beginning to get discouraged. I had been so close to getting out of the 160s and then would bounce back up. 14lbs to go. I haven't been this close to goal in years. I really feel like I will make it. The weight loss has been gradual so I feel confident in keeping it off. I just have to stay active and I can't rest on my laurels even for a minute. Hope everyone has a fantastic fatsecret weekend.
