Had a hard week, when the scale just didn't seem to budge (or not in the right direction), but I just kept my head down, and continued to believe in what I am doing. If I walk the walk (literally as well as figuratively!), the weight will come off. It takes perseverance, but it is totally worth the work, in the end.
