My diet has basically become my way of life. And with the blood clots, stay in ICU in September, and placed on Coumadin, it is even more important. I am doing good, or well, whatever the proper English is. I am blessed with excellent family and friends. Their support is wonderful. My Lord does not fail me as He promised.
