I'm sorry friends! It's been a hectic couple of weeks. When we were back in South Dakota for Christmas we had a ton of car troubles and then coming back to the church has been no picnic. Anyway, haven't stuck to my healthy lifestyle until this week. I was surprised to find I only gained one pound over the 2 weeks. God is good!! Soon, I will start lifting again to see of I can make up for some of the muscle loss I have incurred on this weight loss journey. Love you all! Be blessed!!!!
