Feeling much better this morning after weighing in. Working on more protein during the day. That seems to be something that I overlook when eating. I never have been a protein eater not even as a child. I am glad however that there are many alternate things to eat with protein in them besides beef. I don't have a problem with beef just not my favorite. Here's to a great day!
