I have taken a few "free" days this week. And despite a disgraceful (dietary) performance yesterday, I am significantly down this week. I think that was my payoff for the days I was good and the scale seemed not to move. But that also means that in the future, the sins of this week will be back to haunt me. Still, I plan to take tomorrow (Canadian Thanksgiving) off, and restart everything on Tuesday. I knew the holidays would slow me down, but I will reach my goal! I am so excited to have lost 50 lbs. since the start of my odyssey!
