back on track with my weight loss. I hope it continues like that. 3 days of intermittent fasting really help. I think i did 95% well. Hard when i have to cook for my 2 babies. need to taste food ( i only licked the spoon) and hard to refuse when little one wants to give mommy a spoon of his food. I really hope i can lose 3 kg by 22 May as we are going in a short holiday . wishing everybody a lovely Sunday !
