I have to admit to making bad choices on a daily basis. It all happens at night. How do I go back to where I was a year ago... Where I had so much control?
I recently read about the diet that former President Clinton was on to reverse his heart disease (Esselstyn diet), and while I was at the book store yesterday, I found the Engine 2 book with recipes by Dr E's son. It's a vegan diet. I'm not sure if I can stick with it or not, but I don't see the harm in trying. I'll need to go grocery shopping for the specialty items. Maybe it will end up being cheaper in the long run if I avoid meat... I don't know...
